Coffee is perishable and is roasted to order, so we're unable to accept returns on coffee. However, if there was an error with your order, if you were dissatisfied with your coffee, have questions about how to brew it, or concerns about the quality, we are here to help you. Please contact us at gil@kessemcoffee.com within 30 days of your purchase.

With respect to our merchandise found on "Our Merch" page, please visit https://help.printify.com/hc/en-us/articles/4483630299025-How-does-Printify-handle-refunds-and-returns for more information. We do not directly fulfill or produce the non-coffee merchandise found on our website. Printify does not offer returns or refunds but, according to its website as of January 2025, "in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Printify offers a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team using the “Submit issue” form and provide a clear photo showing the issue."
