Our coffees also come in a 1lb (16oz) bag! See all our options below:

House Blend
: Our House Blend is 50% Costa Rica Dry Process Hacienda Sonora and 50% Mexico Chiapas Altura Vista Hermosa SHG 2023. The coffee is a medium roast and good for espresso. Flavor Notes: Balanced cup, hint of bittersweet chocolate, hint of berry.

Milo Beans: Our Milo Beans blend is 50% El Salvador Dry Process Finca San Luis and 50% Mexico Chiapas Altura Vista Hermosa SHG 2023. The coffee is a medium roast and good for espresso. Flavor Notes: Cherry Liqueur, hint of bittersweet chocolate.

Costa Rica Dry Process Hacienda SonoraWhile fruit flavors are part of the equation, this coffee strikes a balance between bittersweetness and nuanced processing flavors. Molasses, toasted caramel, cherry cola, and berry truffle. Amazing espresso.

Mexico Chiapas Altura Vista Hermosa SHG 2023: A good daily drinker, top notes pleasantly restrained amidst a bittersweet backdrop. Molasses, dark cocoa, malted grain, and hint of fruit.

*Please Note that this is a different Mexican coffee than Mexico Chiapas Sierra Mariscal, which is currently out of stock. This coffee also comes from our new supplier, Genuine Origin. For more information, please visit www.genuineorigine.com.

El Salvador Dry Process Finca San LuisRustic fruit, pungent burnt sugar, ripe pear, chocolate covered coconut, macadamia nut, and note of berry liqueur with a bittersweet finish.

Zambia Mafinga Peaberry: Chewy bittersweetness you can almost sink your teeth into, molasses, cocoa powder, chocolate taffy, hint of fruit and fresh herbs, with moderate acidity level. To get desired results for espresso, this coffee requires a finer grind.

Costa Rica La Pradera SWP Decaf: Balanced, bittersweet, and a wee bit of acidity, chocolate biscotti, raw sugar, and walnut. A good daily drinker for those with caffeine sensitivity.

***All of our coffees are good for espresso and are generally medium roast. Also, taste is subjective, so we by no means guarantee the above flavor profiles.
